| Best weekend ever.... Its one of those where I want to share with people, but words can't explain it. Also, I don't know how many would understand. Either way, I went on a retreat with IMAN (Inner-city Muslim Action Network) and it was different from any retreat, gathering, etc I have ever attended, and has had a profound effect on me. I did also get back a few hours ago, so I am still on cloud nine from it... |

| In my old age, I'm not a huge fan of fireworks. I'm even less impressed by the 4th of July. Keeping this in mind, I must admit that the drive out of the city at about 9pm today was beautiful. I saw fireworks literally go up in every direction just about all the way back home. It helps put things in perspective. |

| After a few bumps, this ended up being this trip ended up being the best experience! Much respect and thanks to all those that helped out.
